Mini-Test Station
Mini-Test Station for low current fuel cell testing. The test station includes Analog mass flow controllers for Anode and Cathode gas streams, humidity bottles with preheaters and temperature controllers and a cell temperature controller. The test station is designed to use the customer's Potentiostat to load the cell. Manual backpressure is provided for pressures from 0-60 psig. The Mini-Test station is basically our Analog Mass Flow Controlled Low Flow Humidification System with all the options.

Single Cell Hardware
A Fuel Cell Hardware Assembly consists of a pair of Poco Graphite Blocks with a precision, machined flow-pattern (pattern is serpentine unless otherwise specified by the customer), and a pair of gold plated connectors fastened with aluminum end plates. Gas inputs and outputs are through Swagelok fittings. A thermocouple well and two cartridge heaters are also provided. A single Anode Reference Electrode may be added for an additional cost. The FCT Cell Hardware does not include a Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA).

Humidity Bottles
Humidity bottles are made from type 316 stainless steel. Swagelok fittings for gas inputs and outputs are welded into the bottle. Nafion tubing is coiled in the bottle to provide dew-point humidity level for the gas passing through the tubing. The bottle is insulated and heated using a silicone rubber flex-pad.

Fuel Cell Test Stations
The Fuel Cell Test Stations provides control of flow, temperature and pressure for the anode and cathode gases. The station incorporates a DC electronic load. The Station also includes two humidity bottles, an Operating Manual and a computer utilizing LabView-based software.
