The KFM2150 system is a fuel cell impedance measurement system configured with an FC impedance meter KFM2150 and an electronic load PLZ-4W series. Combination of KFM2150 and PLZ-4WA series (0V input type) supports impedance measurement for single cell of fuel cell.In addition to impedance measurement with AC impedance method, KFM2150 system provides IR measurement with current interrupt method.Application software enables test for each characteristic of fuel cell such as I-V characteristics, Constant Current characteristics, Current Interrupt method and Cole-Cole plot by the AC impedance method. Moreover, each test can be performed in a specified order.

While the PLZ-4WL series succeeds to the superior operability of our conventional model of the PLZ-4W series, the PLZ-4WL series realizes the high speed rise and fall time (slew rate of 50A/µs.) in the range of low voltage with large current. The PLZ-4WL offers six operation modes, and equips with various features such as sequence operation, switching operation, soft-start function, and time and voltage measurement. The PLZ-4WL applies not only for the conventional load test of the CPU power supply, but also it can be applied to even faster current response test. In addition, the PLZ-4WL is a space-saving design (about 50% less volume of the conventional model) that can save the facility space of the testing site, and it can be applied for the single cell testing of the large scale rechargeable battery.

The KES7400A Series comes in a single cabinet that consists of a Signal Generator module (including an arbitrary pulse generator), which combines our power supply technology and EMC technology, and a high-speed bipolar power supply module. Many automotive electronic devices have long wire harnesses and inductive load characteristics, as do motors, or capacitive load characteristics with a large-capacity capacitor connected between the input and ground. In the case of these devices, general DC power supplies exceed the linear operation range, potentially making it impossible to obtain the desired waveform output.

The PID insulation tester (TOS7210S) is designed based on the insulation resistance tester (TOS7200) to carry out the evaluation of the PID (Potential Induced Degradation) effect of the PV module precisely and efficiently. Being equipped with the output ability of 2000 V and the ammeter with nA resolution as well as a polarity switching function, the TOS7210S is also applicable not only to the PID evaluation but also the evaluation of the insulators that requires a high sensitivity of measurement. The tester is equipped with the panel memory that is externally accessible and RS232C interface as standard; it can be flexibly compatible with the automated system.
