NMC’s Microcontroller based Automatic Voltage Regulating Relays (AVR Relays) are latest technology based Relays used for regulating the secondary voltage of Power Transformers with On Load Tap Changer (OLTC). The Parameter settings are made through the front panel keys & are stored in NVRAM. Independent time delays can be set for first control pulse & subsequent pulses. Built-in Tap displays Tap number of Power Transformer. OLTC is blocked for UV, OV, OC, CF, Min/Max Tap Positions & Tap Fail . in manual mode, Tap Raise/Lower can be achieved through front keys. In TEST mode, Relays, Display and LED indications can be checked. A pair of contacts are available for Raise, Lower, UV, OV, Manual Mode, CF, TF & OC. There are two nos. of 5 Amps C.T.’s available, one for the Over Current blocking and L.D.C. & other for measuring the Current.

These Digital set point relay for current (type mrd2011-a) are field proven with excellent sensitivity and are with two independent outputs and are used as under current and over current controlling operations. The two independent outputs are programmable in a specific range i. E. The range if it is 25a the settings can be made within the range of 250 a. This facility of having the liberty to set the required current is added advantage in the digital meters of these models available in the market. The set points are field settable within the range mentioned in the model. these relays have inbuilt timers and this facility enables the user to avoid external timers and external wiring. BDV Transformer Oil Test Sets
NMC''s Transformer BDV Oil Test Set is a portable unit as per relevant Indian Standard Specification IS :6792 :1992, suitable for operation on 230 / 240 Volts, A.C. 50 Hz. A three core flexible cable is connected to the unit with three pin socket to connect the mains. The H.V. Transformer is a completely dry, resin encapsulated with two H.V. terminals with mounting saddles. The center point of the transformer is earthed, so that the voltage of each terminal to earth is only half the test voltage.
