Silicon p+-p-n-n+ IMPATT diodes are designed to be used in the millimeter wave oscillators and amplifiers. Pulsed Injection Locked IMPATT Amplifiers
Pulsed injection locked amplifier incorporates IMPATT diode, ferrite input/output isolators, circulators, and pulse modulator. Only DC power supply, RF input signal, and external trigger signal are required to operate amplifier. Output phase noise parameters are very close to the noise parameters of the input RF signal.

IPPS 2-6/60
Power supply/sweeper model IPPS 2-6/60 specially designed by Insight Product Company to operate sub-mm wave BWO at frequencies up to 1500 Ghz. IPPS 2-6/60 produces highly stable regulated voltages for slow wave structure (anode) and filament/heater. This power supply is designed to simplify the operation with BWO, to protect BWO against distraction during start/stop routines, to allow fast frequency sweeping in the entire band, and also to allow BWO to be used within a frequency stabilization system.

Pulsed And CW EPR/ESR: Synthesizers Up To 280 GHz
Insight Product Company offers synthesizers at frequencies from 30 to 280 GHz which can be used in EPR/ ESR experiments. These sythnesizers are designed to go swiftly from the generation to the non-generation mode and back. This process is controlled by external TTL signal. There is also the possibility to manipulate the phase, namely to shift it by 90 degrees and 180 degrees. ON/OFF switch time is approximately 2 nanoseconds.
