The Durham is a high-performance, highly-mobile and easy to emplace Medium Range Day/Night Wireless Surveillance System using a state of the art day camera and a cooled, highly sensitive 640x480 InSb Focal Plane Array thermal camera with 8X continuous optical zoom. The system is image stabilized and has automatic tracking of targets. Each system consists of a Base Station and one Remote Station which can be emplaced up to 5km away for wireless operation or within 500m for fiber optic operation. A single Base Station can monitor and control up to four (4) Remote Stations. The system is powered by a generator, batteries, solar (supplemental power), or vehicle power. Other options available are laser pointers, designators, and a vehicle integration kit.

Tactical Video Data Link (TVDL) is a video and data receiver/transmitter system specially designed for attack helicopters. This compact and lightweight system, weighing less than 4 kg, enables real-time, high-quality video imagery and data captured by UAV payloads or ground-based sensors to be displayed directly to the aircrew. This saves the need for lengthy radio dialogue by creating a common visual language amongst all forces in the battlespace and dramatically shortening the sensor-to-shooter loop. As a true video relay, the system can simultaneously transmit video and data as well as deliver imagery captured by onboard payloads to tactical forces for enhanced coordination and battle management.

The long endurance (LE) version of the Skylark extends the endurance of the system to approximately three hours. The system couples various gimballed payload options with proven flight control algorithms derived from the Hermes® 450 UAS to provide effective target detection, target tracking, and low operator workload for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions. This portable Group 1 Small UAS (SUAS) offers capabilities that are normally found in larger unmanned systems.
