Mit den OndoSense Radarsensoren lässt sich der Füllstand von flüssigem Stahl oder Aluminium auch bei Metalltemperaturen von bis zu 1600 Grad Celsius kontaktlos mit Sub-Millimetergenauigkeit messen. Staub, Dampf, Rauch, Vibrationen sowie starke Hitzestrahlung haben keinen Einfluss auf die hohe Präzision und Verlässlichkeit unserer radarbasierten Füllstandskontrolle. Eine aktive Kühlung des Füllstandsradar ist im Regelfall nicht notwendig.

With the OndoSense radar sensors, the fill level of liquid steel or aluminum can be measured contact-free with sub-millimeter accuracy, even at metal temperatures of up to 1600 degrees Celsius. Dust, steam, smoke, vibrations and strong heat radiation have no influence on the high precision and reliability of the radar-based molten metal level monitoring. Active cooling of the level radar is usually not necessary.

With up to 4 adjustable sensor zones, the OndoSense reach WA is ideal for flexible monitoring of security areas or collision avoidance of mobile robots or other vehicles. Thanks to innovative radar technology, the radar sensor always reliably detects objects of any nature, even outdoors or in difficult environments with dirt, smoke, steam, rain or poor lighting conditions.
