Power supplies of various ratings for Air, Naval ground based and space applications are developed. Products are implemented in VPX, VME, cPCI and custom form factor designs.Most products qualified to requirements of MIL-STD-461C and MIL-STD-810D or the equivalent JSS 55555 are designed and manufactured. Airborne versions are designed to meet MIL-STD-704D. Specific design constraints are handled with respect to long time storage life and suitability for air cooled or conduction cooled applications. The Data Patterns DP-VXI-5124 is a VXI 'C' size Carrier Board, which occupies a single slot in the VXI system. The module is a register based device with A16/A24/A32 address space and has interrupter capability. The carrier board's VXI bus interface is used to program and monitor the carrier board registers for configuration and control of the board. The VXI bus interface is also used to communicate with and control the external devices that are connected to an IP modules field I/O signals.

DP-cPCI-4017 is a 40 Channel Relay Multiplexer module constructed using ‘2 Form A’ relays. The DP-cPCI-4017 is implemented as a 6U cPCI module. As a 40 channel multiplexer, one input can be multiplexed to any of the forty outputs or vice versa. The forty channel multiplexer is divided into 4 banks of 10 channels each. This combination allows the board to be used as one group of 40x1 or two groups of 20x1 or four groups of 10x1 multiplexer. The banks are isolated from each other using tree switches. Four tree switches are used, one tree switch for each bank.

The DP- VME-5838 is a VME64x slave, high performance 335M, six channel Digital receiver card. It samples and down converts the analog IF signals into the digital base band data. The processed I/Q data are pulse compressed and decimated to the base band rate. In the Central Unit system, this pulse compressed I/Q data has to be sent to the signal processing unit through a 2.5G speed Optical SFPDP link.

80 Channel Relay Switch

DP-VXI-4503 is a 80 channel, one Form C (SPDT) relay switch designed as a C size VXI module. This high density switch module is designed with a register based interface occupying only one VXI slot. This module uses two Form ‘C’ relay switches. Out of the two contacts in each relay, one is used to provide the status of the relay through read back and the other is used for switching purpose.The user can write the command for the selected channels on to the primary latch of the FPGA section. Readback is available to confirm the selected commands. On command, the data from the primary latch is transferred to the secondary latch. The relay driver section provides the necessary drive to switch ON the relays. The buffers in this section drive the relay coils.This module features a back plane trigger for VXI triggered operation. On receipt of the back plane trigger the programmed relays will be energised/de-energised. Alternatively, software trigger can be used.
