Mobile Range
Mobile Range™ is an integrated suite of communications, optics, and telemetry capabilities, which can be deployed anywhere in the world on land, at sea or in the air with minimal support staff or infrastructure. It enables in-country flight testing, demonstrations, and data collection in a variety of environments and conditions. The system has the ability to test anything that has an RF-transmitted data stream and can be set up and operational in as little as four hours.

Component Test and Analysis Laboratories
The Component Test and Analysis team specializes in electronic and mechanical components such as hybrids, connectors, cables, harnesses, passive or discrete components, and digital or linear devices. The test lab has extensive experience in developing test software to electrically and environmentally characterize virtually any integrated circuit, including analog, digital, mixed signal, converters, FPGA and ASICs, as well as experience in developing actual radiation environments for parts testing. The component analysis team offers the analytical expertise and advanced instrumentation to identify root cause explanation for a wide range of component-level failures, as well as the resources to evaluate for possible quality and reliability issues through non-destructive and destructive techniques. With access to a detailed database, the Component Test and Analysis team offers a 25-year history of test and analysis data — a valuable resource for addressing new customer requirements.

Antenna Test Facility
Raytheon’s Antenna Test Facility (ATF) provides state-of-the-art measurement capabilities to assist in the development of advanced antenna technologies for a variety of airborne and space applications such as advanced radar and communication systems. The ATF is available for use by Raytheon businesses as well as other companies that design and prototype new and experimental antennas.

Integrated Test Facility
ITF
The ITF, located in El Segundo, California, has multiple test stations to enable parallel testing and significantly streamline program test schedules. More than 25,000 square feet are available for integration and test activities, including a 10,000-square-foot Class 10K clean room. Our facilities feature thermal vacuum chambers and test stations to support optical alignment, warm optical bench testing, and hardware integration.
