Load Button Load Cells

Interface’s load button load cells are designed for customers who require the measurement of compression forces in a very low height space. They are designed to provide the most accuracy in as little space as possible. The smaller ConvexBT or LBMU can fulfill the need for force measurements at a very respectable precision level that is enough for most applications. Diameters range from ⅜ of an inch to just over 3 inches, with heights from ⅛ of an inch to 2 inches. The shaped load button has a spherical radius to help confine misaligned loads to the primary axis of the cell.

Interface multi-axis sensors are designed to measure multiple forces and moments simultaneously with a single load cell sensor. These sensors provide multiple bridges that precisely measure the applied force from one direction with little or no cross-talk from the force or moment. Our 2-axis, 3-axis, 6-axis, and axial torsion load cells provide the ultimate in force and torque measurement. We can measure forces simultaneously in three mutually perpendicular axes, with the 6-axis load cells also measuring torque around those axes.

High Speed Data Logger

The Model 9330 displays 24-bit resolution and has an impressive 3750Hz update rate. Incorporating peak and valley capture, it can store up to 6 sensor calibrations and measurements from load cells or torque transducers can be logged at 1000Hz to a standard SD card. This data can then be downloaded to a PC via the built-in USB port and Windows compatible software for off-site analysis. Adding further versatility, the rechargeable battery can power up to 4 x 350 ohm sensors, but also offers up to 300 hours stand by time and up to 20 hours continue use.
