P10-250 Electrical Penetrator
For higher subsea power requirements, the P10-250 from Teledyne ODI is designed to provide reliable barrier protection at extreme pressures and temperatures. The penetrator extends through a wall or bulkhead and connects to medium voltage cables to supply an external power source. In electric submersible pumping (ESP) applications, the penetrator transfers power to the motor while maintaining a pressure barrier between the motor and the seawater.

The Angled Physical Contact Rolling Seal 8 Connector (RS8 APC) from Teledyne ODI is a wet-mateable optical connector with angled endfaces. The design reduces signal interference due to reflections at the connector face, supporting the next generation of subsea optical communication equipment. The Rolling Seal design provides isolation from seawater and silt when the connectors are unmated. With HydroPACT 660E Teledyne Marine brings the world’s smallest submarine, pulse induction pipe tracker to market. Built upon the already established, industry standard and world leading TSS HydroPACT 440 system, the HydroPACT 660E continues the legacy by bringing pipe tracking and UXO detection capabilities to small inspection and observation class ROVs, for applications that were previously only available on larger vehicles such as work class ROVs and trenchers.The HydroPACT 660E has a single 24 Vdc, small subsea electronic pod, dramatically reducing the installed footprint and payload of the system while maintaining an operating range of greater than 85% of that of the significantly larger HydroPACT 440 system. Bonnet EFS for Horizontal Wellhead Completions
This Electrical Feedthrough System design provides a high-reliability circuit for transmitting electrical signals from downhole gauges through the wellhead and Subsea Tree to the Subsea Control Module (SCM) for topside monitoring. The system incorporates Teledyne DGO's high integrity glass-seal technology in three critical pressure barriers for maximum long-term reliability. The feedthrough system creates a permanent connection to the Subsea Control Module when the tree is installed onto the wellhead. In addition, a permanent rig-based DHG cable termination is completed to connect the control line to the feedthrough system. The DHG connector is available with a variety of sealing packages, including fully testable, dual metal-to-metal sealing of all downhole tubing hanger interfaces.

Qualified 100m Subsea Ethernet jumpers designed for data transmission and real-time situational awareness and monitoring. The typical Ethernet harness system consists of wet-mateable, Nautilus connectors, Nautilus penetrators, and pressure balanced, oil-filled (PBOF) hose conduits. Internally, the Ethernet signals are transmitted over custom Ethernet cabling sealed to seawater ingress by two independent barriers. Seven and 12-way configurations are available.
