Dual Wide Range Power Monitor

The LTC®2992 is a rail-to-rail system monitor that measures current, voltage, and power of two supplies. It features an operating range of 2.7V to 100V and includes a shunt regulator for supplies above 100V. The voltage measurement range of 0V to 100V is independent of the input supply. Two ADCs simultaneously measure each supply’s current. A third ADC monitors the input voltages and four auxiliary external voltages. Each supply’s current and power is added for total system consumption. Minimum and maximum values are stored and an overrange alert with programmable thresholds minimizes the need for software polling. Data is reported via a standard I2C interface. Shutdown mode reduces current consumption to 25μA typically.

The Validyne model SI314 is a network interface that connects our model P61 USB pressure Transducer to your smart phone or network web browser. The SI314 supports Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections and will display current pressure readings and transducer status on any web browser or via smart phone. The SI314 also displays the transducer temperature, date of calibration, model and serial numbers and these can be viewed wirelessly or by Ethernet connection. The SI314 makes your P61 accessible from anywhere in the world. Data logging of pressure data is configured via a web browser or smart phone and readings may be stored once per minute to once per hour. A thumb drive or memory card collects the data in comma separated file format(csv) for download to your computer. The data may also be accessed via the network. A graph of the data is also generated on request. A Twitter function allows pressure data to be tweeted from the SI314 at user-defined intervals. The transducer zero and span calibration adjustments are password protected and operated via browser buttons. No potentiometer adjustments are required to calibrate the P61 transducer. CDNEs are based on the CDN as specified in IEC61000-4-6 (Conducted RF Immunity test). In this test, the CDN is used for the coupling of RF onto a cable. In principle, the CDN can be used in reverse, ie coupling any RF on the cable out to an analyser. In an earlier version of EN 55015, these CDNs were specified as suitable for measuring emissions. However, the current version of the standard specifies a CDNE which is essentially a CDN refined to deliver higher accuracy particularly at higher frequencies.
