EDX-LE is an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer designed specifically for screening elements regulated by RoHS/ELV directives. The model uses a detector (Si-PIN semiconductor detector) that does not require liquid nitrogen, thereby achieving lower operation cost and easier maintenance.
