100 S/s/channel, 4-Channel C Series Universal Analog Input Module - The NI‑9219 is designed for multipurpose testing. With the NI‑9219, you can measure signals from sensors such as strain gages, resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), thermocouples, load cells, and other powered sensors, as well as make quarter-bridge, half-bridge, and full-bridge current measurements, with built-in voltage and current excitation. Each channel is individually selectable, so you can perform a different measurement type on each channel.

Load Cells
The heart of each weighing system is a load cell. Load cells are mechanical components which act as force sensors by employing strain gages to provide an electrical output proportional to the applied force. Typically the electrical output is either analog (voltage or current) or digital. Load cells have specific mechanical packaging and sensing orientation to fit into electronic scales, and testing and monitoring systems. Load cells can be used for tension, compression, and/or shear measurement.

The ATi Band-On Telemetry System transmits real-time sensor data from a rotating shaft while the system is running. The system consists of one or more rotating signal conditioner/ transmitter modules with battery pack and a stationary receiver. Rotating transmitters are available to interface with most any type of sensor including strain gages, thermocouples, thermistors, RTDs and accelerometers.

Our RSS Series rotating socket wrench torque sensors are available in ranges from 10 ft-lbs. through 250 ft-lbs. and provide accurate measurements of bolt or nut wrenching torques. These sensors are bi-directional so both tightening and break-away torques can be measured. Unlimited rotation of the ball bearing supported sensor shaft allows monitoring of the total fastening cycle. The sensing element incorporates bonded foil strain gages of the highest quality, along with coined silver slip rings and two silver graphite brushes per ring for data transmission.
