The optics test stations of the OTS series enable the computer-based, software-controlled measurement of optical parameters of individual lenses (including cylindrical lenses) and optical systems. Measured variables are, for example, focal length, MTF, focal length, radius, contact dimension, centering, wedge angle and deflection angle. The optional software module LensTest enables the measurement of the center thickness of lenses and air gaps in complete lenses as well as the measurement of the centering error of individual surfaces.

The Model 6200T Total Sulfur Analyzer utilizes proven UV fluorescent technology to continuously detect sulfur found in inert gas streams. An internal, quartz catalytic converter is employed to convert the sulfur, when mixed with scrubbed ambient air, into SO2 via higher temperature oxidation. An internal vacuum pump is employed to draw both the sample and the ambient air into the converter. When current flows through the coil, it moves in the magnetic field of the permanent magnet. The direction of motion depends on the polarity. Thanks to their low weight and friction-free drive principle, voice coil drives are particularly suitable for applications, which require high dynamics and high velocities at limited travel ranges. High scan frequencies and precision positioning are also possible with these drives, because they are free of the effects of hysteresis.
