The most of luminaires manufactory were request to do IK level test (Impact Protection), LISUN can supply the IK test instrument. IK ratings are defined as IKXX, where “XX” is a number from 00 to 10 indicating the degrees of protection provided by enclosures (including luminaires) against external mechanical impacts. The different IK ratings relate to the ability of an enclosure to resist impact energy levels measured in joules (J). IEC 62262 specifies how the enclosure must be mounted for testing, the atmospheric conditions required, the quantity and distribution of the test impacts and the impact hammer to be used for each level of IK rating. The IK test applicate on lighting luminaires test according to IEC60598 (GB7000) and IEC60068-2-75 (GB2423.55).

Magnetic level switches are used for the monitoring and control of liquid level in tanks. These level switches are specifically manufactured to customer specifications. The float switches are manufactured with a hermetically sealed contact which is located within the guide tube. The float sliding on the tube contains a ring magnet which activates the sealed contact in a non-contacting fashion. The sealed contacts are available as SPST (N/O or N/C) or SPDT (N/O + N/C). The float sliding up and down on the guide tube is the only moving part on the M-series magnetic float switches.

The PIAB LKVE electronic overload protection system consists of a force transmitter with amplifier and an electronic signal processing unit. The PIAB LKVE force transmitter is attached to a stationary line part. The rope is deflected via a slight angle between the two wheels and the clamping jaw. When loaded, the rope tends to straighten and applies a force which is transmitted to the load cell. The load cell in the PIAB LKVE delivers a signal proportional to the force on the load cell. The signal is amplified and is converted to 4-20mA. This standardized signal (4-20mA) allows distances between the force transmitter and the electronic unit to be 500 m.
