The IIB-1553-PC104+ is an intelligent interface card giving full MIL-STD-1553 test, simulation and bus analysis capability on the PC104+ bus, providing 1553A, 1553B, McAir and STANAG 3838 variants in a single card. The IIB-1553-PC104+ supports concurrent Bus Controller (BC) and up to 31 Remote Terminals (RT) with Bus Monitor (BM). An additional stand-alone Chronological Bus Monitor (CBM) facility is also provided, with comprehensive multi-level triggering capability. Full error injection capability is provided in BC and RT modes, with full error detection in BC, RT, BM and CBM modes. The unit provides a variable amplitude dual redundant 1553 interface. 2 Mbytes of dual ported RAM are provided. The board is supplied with C drivers in source code and Windows menu driven software as standard.

The PCI325 is an RS-422 synchronous/asynchronous multiport serial adapter. The module can accept a clock input to synchronize the baud rate generators of each port to an external clock. All the protocol management overhead is taken care of in the hardware so that the host CPU is offloaded from managing the detailed serial protocol. An I/O breakout box may be connected to the high-density connectors of the PCI325 to provide multiple DB25, DB9, or other serial connectors for easy integration to your system or an octopus-style breakout cable may be used. The I/O breakout box may include many different status LEDs which can be tailored to your protocol/application. The PCI325 provides the breakout box with power so that it does not require any additional power cabling

PXI Switches
The PXI general purpose switch modules deliver fast, reliable switching in a variety of configurations. Cycle power to products under test, control indicator and status lights or actuate external power relays and solenoids with independent, single-pole, double-throw (Form C) or single-pole, single-throw (Form A) switches in a single PXI module. Choose between the high-speed, long-life reed relays capable of switching up to 100Vrms with up to 1A and 25W of power, or the higher power armature relays capable of switching up to 250Vrms, with up to 2A and 60W of power. The general purpose line also includes a module that offers the performance you need to switch heavy loads with up to 300W (DC resistive load)/1250W (AC resistive load).

The original KYK-13 interface uses the 6.5V reference output, a transfer request output, and 3 inputs for clock, data and switch. Each channel can support up to 0.3A and is rated to handle up to 100V between the wire pairs. The wire pairs have controlled transmission line impedance suited to most differential pair signaling systems, including fast CAN Bus interfaces and RS232. Each fault bus is capable of carrying 2A allowing multiple channels to be connected to the same fault condition. Additionally, each fault bus features a changeover relay to allow the user to connect alternative fault conditions to the fault buses.
