LXI Reed Relay Matrix - Dual 128x4 Plugin, Direct Y Access, 6 Analog Buses

The range includes four plug-in models covering matrices of up to 1,536x4 in increments of 128 (model 65-221), 768x8 in increments of 64 (model 65-223), 384x16 in increments of 32 (model 65-225), and 192x32 in increments of 32 (model 65-227). Users can specify as many or as few plug-in modules (up to six) required and can field upgrade the chassis to extend the matrix when necessary. Another important feature is that over 1,500 relays can be closed simultaneously for specific conditions for parametric testing.

LXI 50Ω RF Matrix - 2.4GHz
Pickering's LXI 50Ω RF Matrix - 2.4GHz design permits any single Y input to be connected to any single X input, permitting the concurrent connection of 16 RF paths. All signal paths are bi-directional permitting any connection to be used as an input or an output. These matrices can be supplied in a variety of configurations based on Y axis sizes of 4, 8 and 16 and X axis sizes up to 32. The smaller matrix sizes in the range are factory reconfigurable up to the maximum size.

The Keysight N6763A is a 300W precision DC power module that provides low noise, and precise control and measurements in the milliampere and microampere region with the ability to simultaneously digitize voltage and current, and capture those measurements in an oscilloscope-like data buffer. This module is used in both the small, multiple output 1U high N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System (for ATE systems) and the multiple output N6705 DC Power Analyzer (for bench testing). LED Burn-In Test
Burn-in system, based on LXI instrumentation, for concurrent testing of up to 80 DUTs in a climatic chamber. Devices to be tested include modern light emitting diodes and LED modules.The system consists of 2 control cabinets, each with 40 independent supply and measurement channels. Each channel can be configured individually via the operator software (current or voltage, including the relevant limit values). The software supports logging of current and voltage values for each DUT on all 80 channels with a sampling rate of <1s. Additionally, the software and system also support digital I/O channels, e. g. for controlling the climatic chamber. Inputs for connecting temperature sensors are also provided.
