Pulsar Microwave's 20 dB high frequency single directional couplers make up the CS20 series. They are available in narrow or wideband designs from 500 MHz to 60 GHz. They have a typical coupling tolerance of +/- 1 or 1.25 dB and most models handle 50 watts input power.
