The 40/42-855A-022 is a PXI/PXIe dual 2-channel multiplexer with FC/APC connectors and is part of Pickering's range of PXI Fiber Optic MEMS Switching modules. They are available in many high density formats with a choice of different connector styles to suit most applications: FC/APC (for optimal performance), FC/PC and SC/PC for general applications and LC and MU for high density applications. They are also available with an optional hardware interlock which, when activated, will return all optical switches to their default unpowered state.

ProDAQ 3550
The ProDAQ 3550 fast DAC and arbitrary waveform generator function card provides two channels per card, each equipped with a 16-bit fast and precise DAC 2-pole analog filter and 256k x 16 SRAM memory per channel, with several standard output ranges available. The ProDAQ 3550 can be used as a two-channel waveform generator; the memory can be divided into segments to store complex waveforms. Segments not currently used in a waveform can be loaded during running bursts, providing higher data throughput.

This exciting innovation provides fire safety professionals with an array of stand-out features which make for faster, simpler and cleaner functional testing of smoke detectors. Key features include automatic generation of smoke which ensures only the amount of smoke needed to activate the detector is produced – minimizing smoke wastage and eliminating the risk of detector contamination. In response to market feedback, Solo 365 features an LED torch which automatically illuminates when light levels drop, making for easy detector alignment and testing in dark environments. Detection and quantification of radioactive material within the body is a key factor in determining internal personnel contamination and dose assessment. These measurements can be made on body fluid samples using lab instrumentation or through direct measurement of personnel. The measurement of body fluids is generally less attractive due to the bio-hazards and lack of immediate results unless non-gamma emitting nuclide measurements are required. The direct measurement of personnel for gamma emitting radioactive material provides rapid results, can determine where the material may be located within the body, and does not require mobility of the material through body fluids for detection.

The EM-6115 is a broad band collinear array allowing very wide Omni-Directional frequency coverage in a single package. Below approximately 100 MHz, the EM-6115 acts as an active vertical rod which offers 10 to 12 dB Greater unsaturated instantaneous dynamic range than competitive antennas (overload field strength: 2 V/meter) which greatly reduces intermodulation generated signals in a typical read world RF environment. In the congested spectrum above 100 MHz the antenna is passive and contributes no intermodulation products so the overload point is determined solely by the receiving instrument. This immunity to overload can often make the difference between useful signal output and an indecipherable jumble of spurious products and is accomplished without compromising sensitivity. The antenna collapses for convenient storage and transport.
