Passive Oscilloscope Probes
5900 SERIES
-
Probe Master's new 5900 series passive oscilloscope probes are available in 400 MHz & 500 MHz bandwidths. Probes are also available with readout actuators for oscilloscopes with the readout feature. The "GOLD PROBE" has been designed specifically for use with Tektronix, Hewlett Packard and other high performance oscilloscopes. This new slim design along with a host of versatile accessories, allows you to reach the most difficult test point in today's highly complex circuitry. The gold plated Probe Tips, Sprung Hook, Ground Lead, Alligator Tip and other critical interconnect points within the Gold Probe, provide excellent contacts for probing low level analog signals and high speed digital data. Unlike most "off shore" commodity probes, Probe Master guarantees quality and continuing domestic support for our "Made in America" Gold Probe. The probe body is made of high impact ABS. Soft molded strain reliefs at all stress points assure long cable life. In short it has been designed to offer you high performance coupled with high quality.

Passive Probe, 10:1, 75 MHz, 2-Pack
N2142A
Oscilloscope Probe
The Keysight N2142A is an extremely low-cost passive probe that provides a switchable 10:1 / 1:1 attenuation and up to 75 MHz bandwidth. It features a high input resistance of 10 MΩ (switchable to 1 MΩ) to address a wide range of measurement needs with low probe loading. The probe can be adjusted for both low-frequency compensation and high-frequency compensation. For the best measurements, you should compensate your probe to match its characteristics to the oscilloscope. This probe is compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision Series oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ input.

Passive Probe
PP011-1
-
Passive probes are the standard probe provided with most oscilloscopes. Typical passive probes provide a 10:1 attenuation and feature a high input resistance of 10 MΩ. This high input resistance means that passive probes are the ideal tool for low frequency signals since circuit loading at these frequencies is minimized. Passive probes are designed to handle voltages of at least 400V, some as high as 600V. Teledyne LeCroy passive probes feature an attenuation sense pin which tells the oscilloscope to scale the waveforms automatically requiring no user input. Each passive probe is recommended for a certain oscilloscope, using the right passive probe with the right oscilloscope means that the probe will be properly compensated across the entire bandwidth. Using probes with a different oscilloscope will only let you compensate for low frequencies.

Ultra Low Noise Preamp
J2180A
-
The J2180A low noise preamplifier provides a fixed, AC coupled 20dB gain while converting a 1 MOhm input impedance to a 50 Ohm output impedance. With a 3dB bandwidth of 0.1Hz to 100MHz, the preamplifier improves the sensitivity of oscilloscopes, network analyzers and spectrum analyzers while reducing the effective noise floor and spurious response. The preamplifier can also serve as a low frequency DC blocker for a spectrum analyzer or you can use it to connect a high input impedance oscilloscope probe to 50 Ohm equipment.
