Data Acquisition Module
ADLINK PCI-9114 series are 32-CH, 16-bit, high resolution multi-function DAQ Cards. The PCI-9114 device features flexible configurations on analog input. The devices are divided into 2 kinds: normal gain version and high gain version. Both versions provide 4 programmable input ranges for bipolar and unipolar inputs. The A/D on the PCI-9114DG device features a sampling rate of 100 kS/s with resolution at 16 bits, while PCI-9114A-DG/HG device features a sampling rate of up to 250kS/s with resolution at 16 bits. The device supports automatic analog input scanning, and offers a differential mode for 8-CH analog inputs and maximum noise elimination, as well as single-ended modes for 16- CH analog inputs. The PCI-9114 also features 1-CH 16-bit general purpose timer/counter, 16-CH TTL isolated digital inputs and 16-CH TTL isolated digital outputs. ADLINK PCI-9114 delivers cost-effective and reliable data acquisition capabilities and is ideal for a broad variety of applications.

In addition to saving time, another advantage of the modularity is the ability to leave the interface in place and simply install the VC43™ topside using Celadon’s twist and lock insertion tool which minimizes the possibility of triboelectric or interconnect issues that can occur during typical probe card changes. The VC43™ can be used for production parametric test, modeling, characterization, and wafer level reliability testing. Cards can be configured up to 104 probes in either single or dual layer with near vertical probes to minimize scrub lengths on pads allowing the VC43s to probe pads as small as 30 microns.

The ProDAQ 3430 is a 4-channel, sigma-delta ADC function card. Every channel contains front-end conditioning circuitry followed by a sigma-delta ADC. The bit stream from every ADC is then directed to finite impulse response (FIR) decimation filters. Users can activate up to 10 stages of the FIR filters. The filtered data from the selected stages is then stored in the FIFO. The data from the FIFO easily can be moved on-the-fly to the motherboard or to the host.

The PB1500 is a low cost probe card analyzer system. It has the capability to perform all the tests done on the larger PB3600/6500 probe card analyzers, but at a lower cost for low pincount cards. A maximum of 1,280 channels may be configured in the PB1500 MUX system. The Precision Measurement Unit (PMU) has the same accuracy, repeatability and range as the larger analyzers. The repair process consists of selecting a failing probe, which moves it under the binocular microscope and positions a crosshair over the correct position for that probe.
