Our highly anisotropic ion beam etching process enables us to produce features down to 10 microns. Furthermore, the milling process yields a high consistency from circuit to circuit meaning that whether we produce 1 or 100,000 filters, each one will have consistent filter roll-off characteristics.

The USBPHP-S1 stand alone USB controllable module provides a single channel of high pass filtering and high-quality instrumentation amplifier for front-end signal conditioning compatible with all popular A/D converter devices. The USBPHP-S1 is powered with 9 to 12VDC so it can be connected to a battery voltage source or the supplied 115-220VAC adapter may be used for operation with wall power anywhere in the world. When programmed from the USB port, the USBPHP-S1 will remember all of the programmed properties between power cycles. The Model T360M CO2 analyzer measures Carbon Dioxide by comparing infrared energy absorbed by a sample to that absorbed by a reference gas according to the Beer-Lambert law. Using a Gas Filter Correlation Wheel, a high-energy IR light source is alternately passed through a CO2 filled chamber and a chamber with no CO2 present. The light path then travels through the sample cell, which has a folded path of 1.28 meters.The energy loss through the sample cell is compared with the reference signal provided by the filter wheel to produce a signal proportional to concentration, with little effect from interfering gases within the sample. This design produces excellent zero and span stability and high signal to noise ratio, allowing excellent performance over a wide concentration range, making this instrument an ideal choice for CO2 reporting requirements associated with dilution CEMS.All T Series instruments offer an advanced color display, capacitive touch screen, intuitive user interface, flexible I/O, and built-in data acquisition capability.
