PTFE cables are recommended for use with this connector block to maximize copper cross-sectional area and insulation properties. Connector blocks have higher losses than a cable connection and the breakdown voltage is controlled by clearances to the metal shell. The metal shell includes an internal insulation barrier under the carrier board.
