The MLC Series is our miniature high capacity compression only load cell/force sensor, featuring low profile compact size for a wide range of portable and dedicated applications up to 30,000 lb The load diameter is slightly convex for accurate load distribution. Low deflection through design results in ultra fast frequency response. The MLCs are designed to be mounted in a shallow machined flat pocket or smooth flat surface, either free or fastened via a bottom 6-32 tapped hole. These load cells are manufactured from heat treated 17-4 ph stainless steel. The sensing element incorporates bonded foil strain gages of the highest quality and are sealed for protection against most industrial Environments.

Chroma 17000 series is specifically designed for the formation of Lithium Ion and Lithium Polymer secondary batteries. The 17000 series is a complete turn-key system, including carrier trays, robust battery probe contacts, high quality charge/discharge modules and intuitive software all under computer control. Patented Battery Voltage Tracking (BVT) DC-DC conversion power modules minimize power consumption in battery charging, and Energy Recycle Modules (ERM) recycle the discharged energy directly back to the DC power system for increased power efficiency. The intuitive software provides a flexible selection in the charge/ discharge channel, current rating, and modules under test. MODEL TMO-2A
The TMO-2A Transducer Modules is a complete differential amplifier/signal conditioners with self contained power. The unit provide excitation, balance and span adjustment via precision 10 turn pots, and shunt calibration necessary to couple a user supplied bridge type transducer to an indicating instrument. Zero to full scale output is specified at 4-20 mA. The TMO-2A provides a floating shunt calibration circuit which applies calibration at the transducer, thereby eliminating errors due to line losses. The excitation supply incorporates a Wagner Ground to greatly improve Common Mode Rejection. The factory set bandwidth of the module is narrow to improve stability. The removal of a single capacitor will increase the frequency response DC to 60K Hz for dynamic data applications.

A Fuel Cell Hardware Assembly consists of a pair of Poco Graphite Blocks with a precision, machined flow-pattern (pattern is serpentine unless otherwise specified by the customer), and a pair of gold plated connectors fastened with aluminum end plates. Gas inputs and outputs are through Swagelok fittings. A thermocouple well and two cartridge heaters are also provided. A single Anode Reference Electrode may be added for an additional cost. The FCT Cell Hardware does not include a Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA).
