The certification is accredited by NIST to the ISO-17025 standard and is traceable both to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), and to the International System of Units (SI). Onboard math processing allows for real-time calculation of ratio, difference, and absorbance, and when using our calibrated hot-cold blackbody calibrators, the ability to measure calibrated radiance. Further, WinFT offers the ability to measure sample temperature in the radiance function by matching a Planck to the calibrated radiance. With the gold diffuse plate, the software can also compute and display absolute emissivity of samples.
