Extreme Temperature Passive Probe

Many environmental test engineers today are using standard-temperature probes in extreme temperature condition, which causes physical damage to the probe. Another common practice among environmental test engineers is to simply attach long wires at the end of their probes, which significantly degrades measurement performance due to excessive inductance and reduced bandwidth. Keysight addresses this issue with the N7007A single-end passive probe.

The Keysight N2893A is a 100 MHz bandwidth, active current probe for InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes. The probe features flat bandwidth (DC-100MHz), low noise(<2.5 mA rms) and low circuit insertion loss. Auto demagnetization (degauss) and calibration removes any residual magnetism and unwanted DC offset in the probe. The probe is powered directly by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium Autoprobe interface, eliminating the need for an additional power supply.

The Keysight B1505A Power Device Analyzer / Curve Tracer is the only single box solution available with the capability to characterize high power devices from the sub-picoamp level up to 10 kV and 1500 A.
