The M4KMMSI is an intelligent, Mini Munitions Store Interface [MMSI] module for the multimode, multiprotocol, Excalibur 4000 family of carrier boards. Each module of the M4KMMSI contains 64K bytes of dual-port RAM for Data blocks, Control registers, and Look-up Tables. All Data blocks and Control registers are memory mapped and may be accessed in real time. Each M4KMMSI module may be programmed to operate in one of three modes of operation: Remote Terminal, Bus Controller/Concurrent-RT/Concurrent Monitor and Bus Monitor.

Giga-snaP™ 0.75, 0.8, 1.0, and 1.27mm pitch BGA Surface Mount Feet Adapter line of products provide an inexpensive and reliable method for attaching BGA chips to target board. The product line consists of patented female sockets with machined pins epoxy over-molded into an assembly that matches a particular BGA pattern. The epoxy over-molded female BGA socket is soldered to a PCB using standard soldering methods. A corresponding male pin BGA adapter, to which the user attaches their BGA chip, is plugged into the female socket on the board thus interconnecting the chip and the system is ready to go. The SMT adapters have the same solder ball types as the chips they are emulating. These adapters have less than half of the insertion force of competitive adapters, shorter electrical path for highest speed, and can be solder reflowed numerous times. The contact angle standard is a glass plate with images, representing sessile drops with different contact angles. The contact angle standard is manufactured by a high accurate lithographic process, so the images itself are very accurate according the given CAD-data. The Glass plate is placed on the measuring table instead of a real drop. The proof of the reproducibility of the contact angle measurement is performed by a repeated measurement of the object (sessile drop). For a correct test, the measurement must be performed, using the live video (not a frozen image). For a real sessile drop exists the problem, that it evaporates permanently. The result of the permanent evaporation is the permanent change of the contact angle. Therefore, the proof of the reproducibility of the contact angle measurement is not possible, using a real liquid, since the object changes permanently the contact angle!

Loads of up to two kg can be moved over centimeters of stroke with down to 2 nm resolution. Manipulation in many degrees of freedom is possible without backlash. The modules NMT xx-L are longer, but thin like a pencil. In most of the NMT-modules position measurement systems can be included without increasing the size. The resolution of the position sensor is better than 10 nm. All NMT modules can easily be fixed onto each other. Very small connectors allow the exchange of a module without removing cables. The NMT-Zxx are modules for vertical movement. They have an internal load compensation to lift up loads. Nanomotor-Grippers and force sensors that can easily be fixed on these modules are available.
