MSP-Series Screw Presenters

The MSP is a small, tabletop screw presenters used to organize and automate work areas and production cells. Screw presenters make assemblers and the assembly process more efficient by mechanically presenting a screw to a fixed pick up point. Conventional assembly methods cause assemblers to inefficiently fumble with screws that are stored in bins or shaker trays. The enhancement of productivity is estimated to improve assembly time by nearly fifty percent. The inexpensive screw presenter is an alternative tool instead of the cumbersome and very expensive screwfeeder systems.

The PRF-922B Miniature Two Point probe accurately measures point-to-point resistance of small areas. Like Prostat's PRF-912B Miniature Concentric Ring, the PRF-922B is capable of measurements up to 1.0x1012 ohms. Built-in distance stops provide consistent electrode to sample pressure for developing repeatable measurements. Use the PRF-922B to measure small material samples, hard to assess molded areas, edges of parts, tray or tape cells and other very small objects and surfaces. The assembly is supplied with replaceable conductive electrode covers to enhance contact resistance on irregular surfaces and composition materials. Thus, measurements may be made with either the gold plated electrode contacts, or via conductive rubber covers.

The ICE3009 subsystem is an agile filter for the VHF-L, VHF-H and UHF frequency bands. It allows operation of a number of transceivers in a cosite environment. The VHF/UHF Filter provides multiple poles of RF selectivity to reduce broadband noise in transmit mode of operation and to reduce interfering signals at the transceiver’s RF input in receive mode at Have Quick II/IIa and SATURN tuning speeds. This design incorporates a flexible control scheme that can be configured at the factory for various radio interfaces (ARC-210, ARC-231, ARINC 429, etc.). The design is highly integrated and includes all filters, amplifiers, power supply, transmit and receive switching (including a bypass mode), and Built-in-Test (BIT). A mounting tray is available as an option for easy incorporation on your platform. This system is qualified for military applications. Cost-effective modifications are available on the ICE3009.
