A wide choice of elastomer seals make this flow controller compatible with most gases.The HFM-201 / HFC-203 meters and controllers have flow ranges from 0-25 slm to flows of 0-1000 slm; provide analog outputs, are constructed of stainless steel and can be configured with normally open or normally closed valves. The full scale range is specified by the end user. A NIST traceable calibration certificate is standard. Many corrosive gases and pressures up to 1000 psig are easily measured. Cleaning for oxygen service is available.

The 60-510 is a high density 1-pole matrix module controlled via LXI. It has excellent thermal stability and substantially reduced thermal EMF figures when compared to a conventional switching matrix. Typical applications include signal routing in ATE, selecting thermocouple inputs, switching amplifier gain circuits and high accuracy DC micro-volt measurements. Ruthenium reed switches are used because of their good low level switching capability. They also have a very long life with excellent contact resistance stability, minimal wetting current and low thermal offset. The 60-510 is designed in accordance with the LXI Standard 1.4 and is supplied in a 2U high, full rack width case with 500mm depth.

In addition, these oscillators are equipped with an internal voltage regulator that further improves the frequency stability by isolating the external bias pushing and modulation. In general, these oscillators are fixed. However, a small mechanical or electrical tuning range can be achieved by use of a self-locking screw or an integrated Varactor diode. The standard offering covers the frequency range of 2 to 40 GHz. While standard models are equipped with female SMA and K connectors at the RF port, other RF interface options are also available.
