Small/Medium Capacity Type High-Speed Rotation Torque Detector
TH-2000/1000 Series
The TH-1000 series torque detectors employ a new magnetic phase difference method with improving functionality while maintaining the advantages of Ono Sokki's conventional torque detectors. They incorporate high durability and long service life---the biggest features of our torque detectors. The new magnetic phase difference method does not require AC power supply to an auxiliary motor for rotation detection change. TH-1000 series is a standard type torque detector with the rotation speed range up to 6000 r/min. The TH-2000 series is a high-speed rotation type which can be used for torque characteristic test of high-speed rotating motor such as an EV/HEV motor, a centrifuge machine or the like. The characteristic data of the detector can be automatically set up on the TH-5100 torque meter when power is turned on.

The SMX-2002 is the only switch module in its class with the ability to switch up to 16A. Some applications include: AC line power switching, switching of DC or AC power supplies, control or driving relays for industrial machines (robotics, numerical control machines), automotive engine control, and solenoid switching. Since this module typically switches power to the UUT or interface, the SMX-2002 includes failsafe pins on the front panel which can be configured to open all relays when a failsafe signal is activated. Available in 30, 50 and 70 Watt single output models, they all accept the universal input range from 90 to 264 VAC without the need for any input selector switches. Taking up significantly less space on the rail by being up to 44% slimmer than current generation DIN rail power supplies, the 30 Watt DPC30 measures just 90.0 x 100.0 x 22.5 mm (3.6 x 3.94 x 0.89 inches). Also, the 50 Watt DPC50 measures 90.0 x 100.0 x 30.0 mm (3.6 x 3.94 x 1.18 inches) and the 70 Watt DPC70 measures only 90.0 x 100.0 x 40.5 mm (3.6 x 3.95 x 1.59 inches). Offering all the popular nominal output voltages from + 5 to + 48 VDC, the single output can be adjusted up to + 30% of stated nominal, model dependant, in order to accommodate non-standard voltage requirements or to make up for line losses. Variable DC power supplies are AC to DC power supplies with a variable DC output. The output can be varied with a Variable Transformer (also known as variac). The Variable Transformer can be adjusted manually or with a motorized control. The AC input power can be single phase or three phases. With single phase AC input, the DC output ripple is very high (50%). With three phase AC input, the DC output ripple is low (5%). This would be a key benefit for selecting three phase AC input instead of single phase.
