LDS3000 AQ is the first leak detector to use forming gas or helium in a simple accumulation chamber. Leak detector uses cost efficient forming gas or helium for accumulation leak testing. The LDS3000 AQ is very sensitive and can detect leaks down to the 10-5 mbar∙l/s range. It will detect fluid leaks as reliably as helium vacuum leak testing, but with cost nearly at the cost of air testing. The real differentiator: The leak detector uses the cost efficient forming gas or helium for accumulation leak testing.

These detectors are electromagnetic induction type detector designed to detect the number of ignition pulses produced in the gasoline engines. The IP-292 pinches a primary cord (low voltage) and the IP-296 pinches a secondary cord (high voltage) of the ignition coil. This custom pedestal plate protrudes through the customer provided DUT interface printed circuit board (PCB) and makes physical contact with the rear of the DUT packages and the aperture plate when the FPATS is in the closed position. The pedestal plate is mounted to the ambient source plate and its temperature is actively driven by this subsystem.
