PXI 12 Channel High Voltage Multiplexer

The 40-310/320 Range of High Voltage Switching Modules will hot switch up to 750V peak and cold switch up to 1000V peak in either general purpose relay (40-310) or multiplexer (40-320) configurations. These modules contain high-quality reed relays with switching ratings comfortably higher than the 40-310/320 specification. Applications for the 40-310/320 series modules include; circuit board isolation testing, relay testing, semiconductor breakdown monitoring and cable harness insulation testing.

The 40-787 Microwave BRIC platform is designed to provide a solution for complex RF matrix applications. Using a common mechanical platform the module can be constructed to provide scalable non-blocking or blocking microwave matrix for frequencies to at least 20GHz. The standard configurations provide up to a 4x4 matrix. More complex matrix can be constructed by adding further switching functions and other devices inside the module.

Models 40-180/181 are High Power Relay Modules available with 2 SPST, 4 SPST or 2 SPDT contacts. They are capable of switching inductive/capacitive loads up to 40A at 14VDC or 20A at 28VDC. The 40-180/181 High Power Relay Modules are suitable for switching heavy loads or for slaving large external relays, contactors and solenoids. In particular these relay modules are designed for automotive test applications requiring the switching of D.C. voltage at high current. The 28V version is suitable for truck system test applications.

PXI Multifunction Reconfigurable I/O Module
PXI Multifunction Reconfigurable I/O Modules feature a dedicated analog-to-digital converter (ADC) per channel for independent timing and triggering. This design offers specialized functionality such as multirate sampling and individual channel triggering, which are outside the capabilities of typical data acquisition hardware. You can customize these models with the LabVIEW FPGA Module to develop applications requiring precise timing and control such as hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, custom protocol communication, sensor simulation, and high-speed control. PXI Express models also include peer-to-peer streaming for direct data transfer to other PXI Express models.

The SMT700 is one of the first of a new range of Sundance cards that includes a direct connection to SLB (Sundance Local Bus) compatible mezzanine card, without the need for a Sundance TIM. This enables a variety of cards to be added to a system, for example extra Ethernet ports, video in/out, High speed ADC / DAC etc. Data from these extra cards (along with data from the SMT700’s own inputs – up to 1Gb/s Ethernet, 2.5Gb/s optical links, and RSL links) can be processed via the Virtex 5, or by another linked card or module.
