The rack serves as the basic framework for your individually designed test system. Various OTP² modules can be installed in the 200 x 60 x 80 cm rack in order to meet the most varied of test requirements.The modular architecture of the OTP (Open Test Platform) is based on a flexible instrumentation matrix, LXI-based sources and measuring devices, combined with a high-quality transfer interface for connecting the test adapters. To make your staff able to face daily tasks and handle with high productivity is in the center of our trainings. Especially when a new test sytems starts to run it is extremely important that the personnel can operate appropriately from the beginning.Our workshops are designed as classroom trainings so everybody can concentrate completely on the workshop contents without being bothered by day-to-day business or other troubles.An alternative is the training in-house so we can look after individual and concrete problems directly on-site at the running test system.No matter if we teach in our rooms or in-house we emphasize to teach concrete practical content. The participants will spend at least 50% of their time with pracitcal questions or problems. Small groups ensure the individual care of each. We offer trainings in english or german language.

With cars it is easy: Change of oil, check of breaks and V-belt .. etc. - that is normal. But your test system does not need all these things. However it makes sense to look after your test system occasionally and check or change special idems. If you take the time and plan a preventive maintenance your test system will have less unplanned failure times. Less dust means less heat and slower ageing of electronic components.

LXinstruments Magpie 2 is an advanced evaluation and data mining application for our test database. The data to be evaluated can be pre-selected using complex, easily configurable filters. Based on the selected data, reports and trend analyzes can then be created and statistical investigations, machine and process capability analyzes can be carried out. The administration of the database is also easily possible for appropriately authorized users via a graphical user interface.

Solar Array Simulator
Simulator
Among other things, solar array simulators are required for testing satellite power supplies. An SAS (Solar Array Simulator), consisting of an interconnection of several Solar Array Simulator modules, maps the solar panels and displays the individual strings connected in parallel. Optionally, the individual SAS modules are monitored by a Second Level Protection, so that the test object is not damaged in case of errors with the voltage sources. Additional circuitry is implemented via project-specific test modules. The signal path to the DUT can be separated, e.g. for dynamic current measurements.The Keysight Solar Array Simulators used were specially developed for satellite applications and cover the significantly higher requirements regarding the control speed of MPP tracking compared to terrestrial applications.

Load Simulator
Simulator
The load system is intended for testing satellite power supply systems; due to the integration with a solar array simulator and a battery simulator, it can perform validation and commissioning of satellite power supplies. The system is equipped with regenerative electronic loads and customer-specific high-power switching matrices for routing the DUT channels to the relevant loads. The individual voltages and currents for each channel can be read back via a Keysight Technologies switch mainframe.The system is equipped with high electrical power; its loads are capable of feeding the energy back into the power grid.

Simulator
A grid simulator can be used to simulate the characteristics of low-voltage mains. For this purpose, all voltages and frequencies of the supply networks occurring worldwide can be simulated. Critical states such as short-term voltage dips or voltage peaks (surge/burst) can also be generated.The integrated sequencer function enables the generation of different network parameters, e.g. distorted waveforms and intermediate oscillations. Therefore, grid simulators are well suited for testing conformity to standards and especially for determining the behaviour of electrical equipment in borderline situations. Many European and other international standards are pre-programmed for testing.
