The 104e-mPCIe-4 is a Type 1 or Type 2 PCIe/104 carrier board designed to support up to four PCI Express mini cards, in either half or full lengths. In addition the board supports up to two mSATA devices (via dip-switch selection on Type 2 PCIe/104 stacks only), and all four sockets support USB, SMBus, and wireless mPCIe devices — including micro-SIM sockets, per socket, for cellular (WAN) use.

These are: a computer power supply monitor, a computer internal temperature monitor, an optional capability to read the temperature, a fan-speed monitor, and an on-card buzzer to signal watchdog timeout. PCI-WDG-CSM continuously monitors critical PC functions. When a fault occurs, the card automatically generates outputs that can be used either to initiate corrective action or to generate alarms.

Model 104-DA12-8A is a PC104 board featuring eight independent 12-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs) and broadly configurable arbitrary waveform generation (ARB) capabilities. Other convenient features include 128K SRAM for waveform data storage, eight 4-20mA current sinks, three 16-bit counter/timers and fused general-purpose +5V and +12V power outputs. An economy version is available without the ARB feature as model 104-DA12-8.

The Model 104-IDIO-16 is a 32-channel PC/104 utility board featuring 16 optically isolated inputs and 16 optically isolated solid state outputs. The isolated, non polarized inputs may be driven by either DC sources of 3-31V (or higher by special order) or AC sources at frequencies of 40Hz to 10KHz. Optically isolating the digital inputs from each other, and from the computer, assures smooth, error-free data transmission in noisy, real-world environments. The 16 input channels are available via a 34-pin IDC type header. The fully protected solid state outputs, capable of sourcing 2A each, are inherently more reliable than electromechanical relays and give system architects a more robust product to design with. The solid state outputs are available via a 50 pin IDC type header.
