The DP-cPCI-4509 is a 32 channel relay switch module. This module is constructed using 2 Form ‘C’ (DPDT) relays. It provides for 250V DC isolation between channels. Out of the two contacts in each relay, one is used to provide the status of the relay through read back and the other is used for switching purpose. The user can write the command for the selected channels on to the Primary latch of the FPGA section. Readback is available to confirm the selected commands.

The FPGA Mezzanine Card is used by Data Patterns to implement signal interface with external world compatible FPGAs mounted on the FMC carrier there are primarily used for high speed analog interface for digitization (ADCs) and waveform generation (DACs). This form factor is also utilized for special I/O Interfaces such as various avionic protocols and buses. FMC I/O signals may be routed via front panel connectors or through Mezzanine connectors that route the signal back to the carrier board for routing through rear I/O of the Chassis. The system interface is designed for routing to FPGAs using a VITA 57 0.05 Pitch Terminal Array Assembly.

Data Patterns has built high reliability Cable Harness Test Systems for large installations. These are primarily used in launch vehicle aircraft and missile level cable harness test validation. Installations with upto 20,000 lines test capability at a single location have been supplied by Data Patterns. Portable version capable handling of as small as 384 points have also been addressed.
