Backlights for Machine Vision
Backlighting is one of the most important components of machine vision systems; it must provide the required luminous flux, response speed, area and duration of exposure. Our experience in machine vision systems led us to the need to develop an LED backlight module for flash operation.

Square Lenticular Pulsed Backlight
ViTech B108
-
Lensed illumination is intended for pulsed illumination of objects in machine vision systems, in which it is not possible to mount an additional light source close to the object or where it is necessary to create the required glow intensity in a certain area. A distinctive feature of the B108 modules is the absence of persistence (except for the version with white LEDs).

Compact Linear Pulsed Non-Lensing LED Backlight
Vitek L36
-
Compact module of linear pulsed illumination, consisting of 12 high-speed non-lensing LEDs and a control circuit that limits the maximum duration and minimum duty cycle.

Adjustable Length Linear Backlight, 300 mm to 2100mm
Vitech A1905
-
Modules A1905 are designed for pulsed or continuous illumination of objects in machine vision systems. The time of ignition (90%) and blanking (10%) of the module is less than 1 μs with jitter of the front (jitter) no more than 2 μs, which allows the modules to be used for exposure with "slow" cameras.

Ring Light Backlight
ViTek K324 Series
-
The K324 series ring illumination module is designed for pulsed illumination of objects in machine vision systems, mainly for joint work with telecentric lenses up to 118 mm in diameter.A distinctive feature of the K324 module is the number and arrangement of diodes. 108 diodes located around the perimeter provide shadow-free illumination of the object and contrast of details. Ring lighting covers a wide range of applications due to its versatility, but this type of lighting can cause glare on reflective parts of an object.
