The buoy has internal space to assemble equipment for all kind of applications. Operating on an integrated battery supply the buoy has been applied for the following projects:Wireless data-transfer from sensors on a submerged wreck to a control office on a nearby ship. Multiple incline and acceleration sensors were placed on the wreck and connected by wire to the bottom of the buoy, the data was gathered and wireless transferred over more than 100 meters.Wireless video transfer from a camera to follow the activities of a diver on a fixed object. Camera was connected by cable to the buoy and video was wireless transferred from the buoy to a video control room at a nearby ship.“Flessenpost” An IRIDIUM transmitter was placed inside a buoy and the buoy was dropped in the Nordsee, a geocaching look-a-like game was initiated to find the buoy.Survey of bottom with a camera on the diver and the buoy following the diver on the surface. Video was transferred to a control room on the quay.

Optoplex Optical wavelength meter is the only DWDM wavelength meter capable of measuring wavelengths of multi-lasers in DWDM networks over C-band and L-band wavelength range with a high accuracy better than that the wavelength locker can provide. For example, the device can simultaneously report 80 wavelength values of 80 channels at 50 GHz channel spacing with the wavelength accuracy ± 2 GHz. The CQ range provides an innovative fully-concentric and balanced actuator design for quarter-turn valves. The design features a helical mechanism that transforms linear piston motion into quarter-turn valve stem rotation. CQ actuators provide a much higher torque output for a given footprint than scotch yoke designs typically utilised to operate many quarter-turn valve types. It is therefore ideally suited for installation in confined spaces. Further, Rotork’s unique helical pin design provides higher efficiency than a helical gear mechanism utilised by other valve actuator manufacturers.As standard, the CQ torque output profile, like that of a scotch yoke actuator, is engineered to parallel the torque demand profile typically found with popular quarter-turn valve types. The CQ design however is unique in that the torque profile can be custom engineered and manufactured to meet specific, non-standard valve torque requirements.In our experience, the CQ standard range of sizes is suitable for applications that require a pneumatically powered actuator with torque demand less than 150,000 Nm.
