6.6 GHz PXI Vector Signal Analyzer - The PXIe‑5663E offers wide instantaneous bandwidth and supports RF list mode, which increases multiband measurement speed with fast and deterministic changes in configuration. You can use a PXIe‑5663E as either a spectrum analyzer or vector signal analyzer, and you can use it with the Modulation Toolkit to analyze custom and standard modulation formats. The PXIe‑5663E can perform measurements for a broad range of communications standards such as GSM, EDGE, WCDMA, WiMAX, LTE, Bluetooth, WLAN, DVB‑C/H/T, ATSC, and MediaFLO. Because all measurements are software defined, you can reconfigure the measurements using standard-specific toolkits. Innovative Technical Systems has developed high-performance agile microwave synthesizers with truly phase-coherent frequency switching at any step size. These synthesizers offer frequency coverage from 250 MHz to 18 GHz (ACS-25018) or 850 MHz to 18 GHz (ACS-85018) and frequency resolution under 0.1 Hz. The agile design offers typical switching speeds of less than 300 nsec and programmable amplitude from 0 to +10 dBm from frequency-to-frequency. Spurious performance is typically <-70 dBc. A versatile waveform table design is implemented that allows frequency, amplitude, and output markers to be defined for each step in the table. Waveform table lengths up to 256K are supported.

Arbitrary Waveform Generator
The M2p.65xx series offers different versions of arbitrary waveform generators for PCI Express with a maximum output rate of 125 MS/s. These boards allow to generate freely definable waveforms on several channels synchronously. With one of the synchronization options the setup of synchronous multi channel systems is possible as well as the combination of arbitrary waveform generator with digitizers of the M2p product family. The 512 MSample on-board memory can be used as arbitrary waveform storage or as a FIFO buffer continuously stream data via the PCIe interface. Importantly, the high-resolution 16-bit DACs deliver four times the resolution than AWGs using older 14-bit technology.
