Multiplexer Module
The 40-835A-101 (PXI) and 42-835A-101 (PXIe) are single 75 Ohm 16-channel RF multiplexers in a single slot. It has been designed to exhibit low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost. The MUX has been carefully designed to ensure excellent and repeatable RF characteristics to frequencies of 3GHz. The design of the 40/42-835A minimizes the injection of noise and unwanted signals into the signal path by careful attention to the mechanical and electrical design.

The 40-552 range of 16 Amp PXI power matrix modules is available in four configurations with matrix sizes of 8x2 and 4x4 and the ability to expand the matrix size with the Y-Axis loop-thru connections: e.g. 8x4, 12x4, 16x4, etc. (with 4x4 matrices) or 16x2, 24x2, 32x2, etc. (with 8x2 matrices). This range is capable of switching up to 16 Amps and up to 300VDC/250VAC hot switching and 400VDC/250VAC cold switching. The PX8500 is an external 8-channel relay board for the connection of digital output boards. It can be cascaded in 16, 24 and 32 relays and is intended for mounting on DIN supporting rails. The board provides a convenient interface between an industrialprocess and the SUB-D connectors on ADDI-DATA boards. The change-over contacts of the relay are controlled through 24 V signals. The 24 V voltage supply is protected through varistors and transil diodes. The board is intended for the use with 220 V supply. The creeping distance (acc. to DIN VDE0110) and the connector cross sections allows high-power switching (up to 2,500 VA).

HXV products are high voltage systems intened for Hi-pot / IR or High voltage switching. They can be configured to drive from 32 to 128 switch points per chassis and can be configured as multiplexer (1xN) or Matrix (NxM) configurations. Stand HXV chassis are used for signals up to 5000 VAC rms ( 7400 V peak ) and can carry up to 5 amps of current. Custom systems can be built up to 25KV. Most of the modules used in these systems are 1xN multiplexers or 2x4 matrix modules that can be combined to form larger multiplexers or matrices. Connector options for standard HXV include 5 way banaba jacks / binding posts, Shrouded Banana Jacks or SHV ( High voltage BNC) if you need to use a high voltage cable with a grounded shield for safety applications. Control options include 10/100BaseT Ethernet LAN, RS232, GPIB or optional manual control. Standard HXV systems use high voltage reed relays. Custom HXV systems up to 25KV use application specific relays and connectors from a variety of vendors based on required specifications.

The DN-PR4 Features a DIN-Rail mount and four form C electromechanical power relays for efficient switching of load by programmed control. The contact of each relay can control a 5 A load at 250VAC/30VDC. The relay is energized by applying a +24V voltage signal to the appropriate relay channel. Each output is equipped with a LED to display their status. Each output is equipped with a varistor that shunts the surge voltage of the inductive load or electromagnetic brake to protect the relay contact point. All relay control and relay outputs are accessible through the wiring terminals.
