The Circuit Check kit called the Chameleon allows easy re-use of a majority of an ICT fixture’s major components. The Chameleon includes a full size probe plate and interface alignment plate so all valuable tester resources are available. The probe plate assembly is held in place with twelve (12) screws and the vacuum box’s interchangeable push plate is easily replaced by removing four (4) shoulder screws.

The YAV90PNE is a complete “plug & play” pneumatics subsystem controlled by CAN, for ATEs with Virginia Panel receiver. Thanks to this module, pneumatics actuators that are commonly used in the fixture side of an ATE, can be controlled. 10 3-way micro-valves are able to contorl 10 simple effect actuators or else 5 double effect ones. The module includes input for the position sensors. A pressure sensor is also included, so that the system air mains working pressure can be set between a minimum and a maximum.

The bottom plate lifts up and out. The new plates slide back in. All rear panel connectors are mounted to the aluminum bracket on the top plate. This whole top plate assembly slides out together eliminating wiring hassles. Double sided access plate sets use transfer pins to get the signals from the bottom plate up to the top plate.
