Signal Conditioners
Process transmitters isolate, filter amplify, and convert sensor signals to 4-20mA current or 0-10V voltage signals for interfacing with controllers and other instrumentation. Select from 2-wire loop-powered 4-20mA transmitters, 3-wire DC-powered transmitters, or 4-wire AC/DC-powered transmitters. 3-wire and 4-wire models are available as 4-20mA transmitters or voltage transmitters. DIN-rail and field-mount version are available. Configuration is easy with Windows software, push-buttons, switches, or pots for span/zero settings depending on the series.

General Purpose
Encore offers a complete line of General Purpose Signal Conditioning instrumentation to meet even the most demanding requirements. Packaged as interchangeable two-channel plug-in modules, Encore’s broad product line includes frequency to voltage converters, strain gage amplifiers, accelerometer conditioners, digital voltmeters and DC power supplies. All of our systems feature a common CAL input on the rear of the rack which allows for calibration of the entire rack. Calibration function varies based on the modules installed. For example, the Model 633 applies a shunt calibration resistor across the bridge, while the Model 149 applies a reference charge source to the input. Comptus Barometric pressure sensors utilize an integrated silicon, absolute pressure sensor with internal temperature compensation. The sensor is mounted to the signal conditioner board. A 3/16 inch diameter tube may be attached to the sensor to provide remote pressure sensing. The output of the sensor is scaled to provide the desired output signal.
