The RST- Series is our low range rotating torque sensors that are available in eleven full scale ranges of 10 through 30K inch pounds. The sensing element incorporates bonded foil strain gages of the highest quality along with coined silver slip ring and silver brushes for data transmission. The WR2, Flexural Natural Frequency, and Torsional Stiffness values as stated in the Dynamic Characteristics box below, are approximate and the tabulated data pertains to the torque pickup only, and does not include the effects of couplings or other rotating masses that would be part of a dynamic system.

This is an exciting update of the MAX31855, with improvements in resolution (19 vs 14 bits), on-board temperature reference (6 vs 4 bits), and compensation (fully compensated vs nonlinear correction required). The MAX31856 is interfaced via 4-wire SPI with options for interrupt triggering. Developed in conjunction with NIST, the Rs-5900 ECPR is a ±1% absolute accuracy radiometric transfer standard for the visible to near-IR (0.25-2.0µm), with the RsIR Option extending the ±1% accuracy to >20µm. The RsP-590 Pyroelectric Probe requires no cooling and maintains ±1% accuracy from 1 µW to 100 mW. The ECPR uses an auto-nulling, electrical substitution technique that allows the instrument to be referenced against NIST electrical standards, insuring maximum accuracy and precision. Unlike most electrically calibrated radiometers, there is a direct correlation between electrical and optical heating because the same material serves as both the optical absorber and electrical heating element.

LilyPad Light Sensor
The LilyPad Light Sensor is a sewable breakout board with an ALS-PT19 light sensor built in and ready to use right away. Each sensor outputs voltage between 0V and 3.3V depending on the level of ambient light shining on it. As more light is applied on the sensor, more current will flow from the board through the signal tab to the microcontroller you connect the sensor to. If the sensor receives no light, no current will flow through it. In a typical indoor lighting situation, the sensor will output around 1 to 2V.
