AOI Handlings System
The AOI handling system is a compact facility with various test units. Via an ionization cleaning station the ceramics are transferred to the contacting station. There, the resistance values of the substrates are tested with a rigid needle adapter. Afterward, the ceramics are further conveyed to the three (optionally four) AOI test stations (for automatic optical inspection) and are tested for cracks, unevenness, faulty imprints, contamination, etc. The poorly evaluated ceramics arrive at a review station where the operator can assess and evaluate the errors on the monitor. If the operator is uncertain about a fault, the ceramic in question can be positioned under the microscope position and inspected by eye. Poorly defined ceramics are marked accordingly with an ink pen.

PNT systems are designed to provide accurate position and time while in uninterrupted or uncontested environments. However, while in these interrupted or contested environments, most PNT systems are unable to reliably provide position and time data because they are unable to recognized what is causing the disruption. BroadShield is a software library consisting of many patented algorithms designed to detect jamming and spoofing then immediately report the disruption to the PNT system. Crossing Control Bypass Switch
XCBS
The XCBS is permanently wired into each crossing warning system, and can be configured with either a removable or non-removable bypass key. Simply connect the crossing control circuits to the designated terminals on the XCBS. The rotating "knife switch" on the left side of the XCBS allows the crossing warning system to be controlled for manual test purposes. To prevent unnecessary operation of the crossing warning system, insert the key and select "bypass", rotate the knife switch to "bypass" and the crossing is disabled. The non-removable bypass key adds an additional level of security for the Bypass function. Optional hookup can be made to the auxiallary terminals to include the activation of a strobe or event recorder input when the XCBS is placed in the "bypass" position.
