The 65-280-314 16x16 matrix is part of the 65-280 and 65-281 ranges of optical plug-in modules offering matrix & insert/bypass or multiplexer & SPST topologies respectively with all models based on MEMS fiber optic switches and available in various populations per plugin. In addition, a choice of different connector styles to suit most applications is offered: FC/APC (for optimal performance), FC/PC, SC/PC and ST for general applications and LC for high density applications. They use MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems) based optical switches to route signals between terminals by redirecting the optical signal. Switch Module
The 40-182A-011 has 6 off high current SPST switches in two PXI slots and is part of our range of high power solid state switching solutions. Each SPST switch uses a fully isolated solid state relay which has been designed to offer fast operation under hot switching conditions and high inrush current with no operational life degradation. Each SPST switch can support 10A of continuous current and switch up to 200V signals. The switch can sustain inrush currents in excess of 50A. AC or DC signals can be switched since the switch is polarity insensitive.

The 40-877A-001 (PXI) and 42-877A-001 (PXIe) are 50Ω 2x2 RF matrices with 1 bank in a single PXI slot. Loop-thru connections are provided on both the X and Y axis allowing the attachment of terminations for unused signals or for expansion to other matrices. Larger matrices are easily built with varied X and Y dimensions, such as 8x2 and 4x4 using multiple 40/42-877A modules. The module has low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost.
