The VM-560FF Transmitter has one induction frequency; three direct connect and a fault-find frequency. The LED indicators on the transmitter show the frequency selected, output level, and battery status. An audio indicator beeps to advise the quality of the connection. This one-watt transmitter can transmit the locate signal onto the target line three ways. By direct connection, if direct access to the line is available, by induction by simply putting the transmitter in induction mode and placing it over the target line with the induction arrow in line with it or by clamp mode and using the induction clamp to clamp around the target line.

End of Line Noise Test Systems from VIacoustics are designed to support end of line product noise testing on factory floors and quality assurance environments. Using the Limit Analysis features of the Nelson Acoustic Trident software, users can set noise emission maximum, minimum or control range criteria based on Awtd and/or 1/N octave band criteria. Criteria can be customized for most any type of product based on the noise emissions of known good and bad units. The large front panel Pass/Fail indicator allows operators to quickly determine if units meet the criteria. Data on units that fail can be exported for further analysis.

The Amcorder uses the same sensor technology as the original Ampstik. The True RMS inductive sensor does not use magnetic materials and has no moving parts. The opening of the sensor is electronically closed and external currents are electronically rejected. The accuracy, external current reject, and range of currents measured by the patented amp sensor substantially exceed the performance of the best clamp-on sensors. The key feature of the unit is the ability to leave it deployed on the line to record average current readings every 15 minutes for 30+ days. It easily attaches to the line with a standard shotgun style hot-stick. Once on the line, it immediately begins to collect and record the current load on the line.

EtherCAT is an open real-time Ethernet Master/Slave network developed by Beckhoff. Today, it is an open standard, managed by the EtherCAT technology group.
