The LDD100 employs a digitally programmable analogue end stage for flexible and accurate current control. Currents of up to 600A with pulse durations of 50ns to 3s are generated with rise and fall times of 70ns (F-version) or 600ns (XL-version) – essentially without overshoot. Due to the flexibility in setup and control, the LDD100 is practical for many laboratory applications. For automated measurements, the unit may be directly controlled via the USB interface. The Keysight 8474B is a high-performance detector using a gallium arsenide, planar-doped barrier detecting element. It features extremely flat frequency response over its entire band of operation and very good frequency response stability versus temperature. The Keysight 8474B is also very rugged with high resistance to ESD damage. The Keysight 8474B detectors are available with 0.01 to 18 GHz and a type-N connector. This detector offers options for optimal square-law loads (Option 102) and for positive polarity output (Option 103). Because the unit-to-unit frequency response tracking of these devices is typically better than plus or minus 0.3 dB, no matched response option is offered.

Voltage Controlled Linearized Attenuators To 16 GHz
Pulsar's voltage controlled, PIN diode linearized attenuators are available from 0.25-16 GHz with attenuation ranges of 32 and 64 dB. Each model includes an integrated linearizer, and a driver that controls the attenuation level. This design results in transient free switching between attenuation levels as opposed to the spurious outputs that result when an attenuation value is switched either on or off by a direct digitally controlled attenuator. Transfer function is 8 dB / Volt.
