8 Channels, RTD Measurement
RT1
The module provides 8 measurement channels, and can be programmed for interfacing to 2, 3, and 4-wire platinum RTD sensor configurations. The 4-wire mode (default) is the most accurate, providing excellent stability and repeatability. The RTD channels feature individual A/D converters and precision excitation/current drive. Programmable lead-wire compensation is provided for inherently less accurate 2 and 3-wire configurations. All RTD channels are self-aligning because each channel is automatically "aligned" on a rotating basis to eliminate offset and gain errors throughout the operating envelope. Programmability for expected resistance range and wire modes allows for optimization of scaling/resolution, as well as flexibility in reading many RTD types.

RMO-TW series is perfect for winding resistance measurements of inductive objects. It is ideal for testing transformer windings (power transformers, distribution, autotransformers) and for on-load tap changer verification. In addition, any RMO-TW transformer ohmmeter & tap changer analyzer can also perform transformer demagnetization.The series contains 4 models, with maximal test currents from 10 A (RMO10TW) to 50 A (RMO50TW). They are fitted in a portable and lightweight metal housing.All transformer ohmmeters from RMO-TW series generate a true DC ripple-free current with automatically regulated measurement and discharging circuit. The injection of current and discharge of energy from the test object are automatically regulated.Three independent channels enable testing of three windings in series. Consequently, this enables measurements of winding resistance in every tap position of an on-load tap changer without discharging between the tests.DV-Win software enables control and observation of the test process, as well as saving and analyzing the results on a PC. The Automatic Wire Test Set (AWTS) is automated test equipment that aids wiring diagnostics of electrical and electronic devices. The Test Control Unit (TCU) uses resistance measurements, capacitance measurements, and AC/DC voltage measurements to perform continuity, insulation, and isolation tests. The AWTS Laptop CPU, hereafter referred to as CPU, controls the AWTS. The Eclypse Language Integrated Test Environment (ELITE) is application software that controls the TCU. The majority of the hardware for a test is contained in the TCU. The 128pin connector on the TCU front panel provides 128 energizable test points. Switch Modules (SM) can be connected in sequence or daisy chained to the TCU and provide an additional 1024 test points; 128 of those are energizable.
