Interface’s load button load cells are designed for customers who require the measurement of compression forces in a very low height space. They are designed to provide the most accuracy in as little space as possible. The smaller ConvexBT or LBMU can fulfill the need for force measurements at a very respectable precision level that is enough for most applications. Diameters range from ⅜ of an inch to just over 3 inches, with heights from ⅛ of an inch to 2 inches. The shaped load button has a spherical radius to help confine misaligned loads to the primary axis of the cell.

But, this is not the best way to do it since a lightly-loaded motor doesn't use the electricity very efficiently. Motor power gives you a straight line so it works well even when the motor is lightly loaded.The Power Sensors that we make measure the motor load (Horsepower or Watts) and send a signal to meters or computers. The operator can see what the status is on the meter or, the computer can make decisions.

The DSO and DSOT series electronic loads are designed using advanced linear technology.The DSO series offers two main functions: constant current and constant resistance. However, these loads can absorb full power between 20% and 100% of the acceptable input voltage thanks to the autoranging mode.For more extensive requirements, we offer 'DSOT' models that also include constant voltage and constant power functions. These functions are essential for testing voltage generators such as automotive alternators or photovoltaic panels to determine their power curve. In addition, DSOT models have a basic '0 Volt' characteristic, which means they can be used with input voltages as low as 0 Volt. However, they still maintain a high reaction speed, which can reach 1V/us and 8A/us.
