These modules have sixteen analog inputs which are sampled as two eight-channel banks. Eight A/D converters (ADCs) permit simultaneous conversion of all eight channels in a bank. A FIFO buffer holds the first bank’s data while the second bank is converted. Conversion of each bank requires only 8µS, and all 16 channels can be sampled in just 16µs.

The generator is intended to be used with either spectrum analyzers or communications receivers to mark specific frequency intervals in the RF spectrum. When used with receivers, it is essentially a frequency calibrator, thus making it attractive for use with vintage receivers with analog dials. The NSG-2 provides a leveled amplitude output over nearly 100 MHz of RF spectrum, thus making it ideal to mark frequencies and signal levels on spectrum analyzers. In addition, it may be used with a spectrum analyzer, in lieu of a sweeping type generator, to align lowpass, highpass, and bandpass filters with passbands greater than 20 KHz.

The ITS-7025 Temperature Sensor was developed to monitor the temperature of liquid-cooled klystron amplifiers. The sensor is designed to clamp directly to the cooling pipe and provide an analog voltage output from 0 to 10 VDC corresponding to 0 to 100 degC with 2 degC accuracy. Two analog outputs are provided; one for connection to a remote data acquisition system, and a second for local service monitoring. Basic Quad K-Type Analog Thermocouple Amplifier

Analog thermocouple amplifier board based on the AD849x from Analog Devices (successor of the AD597). This quad-channel thermocouple board converts the very low voltage signal from a thermocouple to a highly-linear, 0.005V/C output with either 0V or 1.245V offset (both configurations stocked) while removing unwanted noise from the signal. Many supply and output configurations are available with this board, though the PCB was designed with Arduino in mind. Specifically, the output header will plug directly into a standard Arduino Uno or Mega, with a pin-for-pin match for power supply, ground and analog outputs. With a 5V Arduino, temperatures from 0C to 1,000C are possible with the 0V offset board and -249C to 750C with the 1.245V offset board. If using a 3.3V microcontroller (Due, etc), the board must be supplied with no more than 3.3V to avoid damaging the microcontroller. Temperature measurement range is dependent on the supply voltage. It is possible to supply the board with higher voltages to allow temperature measurement over the entire operating range of the K-Type and J-Type thermocouples, allowing use with more capable data acquisition equipment.

The RM100 uses a differential measurement technique employing two subsystems to achieve its high accuracy. The first subsystem is a user controlled field neutralization unit with a dynamic range of ±100,000 nT and a resolution of 0.1 nT. The second is a low noise analog output magnetometer that measures the difference between the ambient and neutralization fields. The neutralizing field and difference field are displayed on a large Vacuum Florescent Display on the front panel. The difference field is also provided as an analog voltage through a connector on the back of the chassis. The factory calibration of the neutralization subsystem to ±0.01% is traceable to NIST.
