International Power Source
The Interpower® International Power Source (IPS) provides a low-cost, convenient source of AC power at various operating voltages and frequencies found around the world (typically 110-240VAC/50-60Hz) which is important for testing any products that are exported. Output power is delivered through one of two ranges: Low range (10-138VAC) through a standard NEMA 5-20 socket and High range (10-276VAC) through any of the six standard international sockets so that products can be conveniently powered during development or just prior to shipment.

It has a single isolated SMU channel that offers a four-quadrant output that incorporates remote (4‑wire) sense. With its five current ranges, it is ideal for transistor characterization that requires accurately sourcing a constant current or voltage while sweeping another current. The PXI‑4130 also includes a utility channel that can source either current or voltage. This PXI SMU can act as either a constant voltage source or a constant current source, with a settable compliance limit for either mode. Light-resistant Integrating Sphere
The integrating sphere is used for total luminous flux measurement. It uniforms the light by spatially integrating the collected light of light source. The integrating sphere has highly reflective diffusing plates formed on the spheres internal surfaces. These plates repeatedly scatter light rays from the light source with in the sphere to all other points to deliver uniform brightness distribution so measuring a portion of that light gives the total luminous flux. These years, the usage of integrating sphere for total luminous flux evaluation of light source is increasing. The large size integrating sphere over 1.5M is required for measuring a high brightness light source and a long light source such as fluorescent light.
